Request to approve a contract variation as allowed under CSO 18.02. for extended Architect and Principal designer services provided by Weston Rengifo Architect Practice ltd (WR-AP), to design G&T project named The Roundway for planning submission.

 

 

10/02/2026 - Request to approve a contract variation as allowed under CSO 18.02. for extended Architect and Principal designer services provided by Weston Rengifo Architect Practice ltd (WR-AP), to design G&T project named The Roundway for planning submission.

The Delivery Director approves the contract variation to WR-AP for the above services for an additional sum of £14,500.

The total cost over the life the contract (including any extensions) is £38,500.
