18/11/2025 - Approval to extend the appointment of Etude for RIBA Stage 1 to 3 to Stage 3+ Energy and Sustainability services on the Mallard Place project.

Approves the implementation of Contract Standing Order (CSO)18.03.3, 18.02.03 and 2.05.1(n) in order to extend Etude’s appointment value of £92,820 (exc VAT) by the value of £10,610 (exc VAT) totalling a revised fee of £103,430 (exc VAT).
