18/11/2025 - Approval to extend the appointment of Max Fordham LLP for RIBA Stage 1 to 3 to Stage 3+ Mechanical & Electrical Engineering services on the Mallard Place project

Approves the implementation of Contract Standing Order (CSO)18.03.3, 18.02.03 and 2.05.1(n) in order to extend Max Fordham’s appointment value of £129,100 (exc VAT) by the value of £28,575 (exc VAT) totalling a revised fee of £157,675 (exc VAT).
