17/11/2025 - Approval to extend the appointment of Levitt Bernstein for RIBA Stage 2 to 3 to Stage 3+ Landscape Architect services on the Mallard Place project.

Approves the implementation of Contract Standing Order (CSO)18.03.3, 18.02.03 and 2.05.1(n) in order to extend Levitt Bernstein Stage 3 appointment value of £64,843 (exc VAT) by the value of £7,140 (exc VAT) totalling a revised fee of £71,983 (exc VAT).
