22/10/2025 - Award of contract for the provision of Actual Visual Representation (AVR) services on Mallard Place (Chocolate Factory Phase 2)

Approves the implementation of Contract Standing Order 2.05.1 (n), 11.11.01, 11.02 and 10.10.01 and award a contract for AVR services for the Mallard Place project for a fee of £10,280 (excluding VAT).
