10/07/2025 - Award of contract to Metropolitan Workshop for landscape architect services on the scheme known as Kings Road (N17) Car Park in accordance with CSOs 11.01 and 11.02 for the value of £4,500 plus VAT.

It is recommended that:

The Head of Housing Development approves awarding a contract to Metropolitan Workshop LLC in accordance with CSO 11.01 and 11.02 for the amount of £4,500 + VAT for soft landscaping architecture services for the Kings Road (N17) Car Park Development.

This appointment will support the submission of the planning application
