To waive CSO 8.03 as allowed under CSO 10.01.2
d ii for the single award appointment of Markides Associates at the
quoted price of £11,000, to carry out Transport Consultant
services up to RIBA Stage 3 - to include Stage 1 Road Safety Audit
and associated dialogue with TFL, Travel Plan as well as post
planning monitoring work on the scheme known as 505 Archway
Road.
