The Head of Programme Management to waive CSO
8.03 for the requirement to obtain quotations via the Corporate
Sourcing Solution and award a contract for the provision of
graffiti removal services, in accordance with CSO 10.01.1(b) on the
grounds set out in CSO 10.01.2 (d) (ii) and pursuant to CSO 9.07.1
(c), to CC Infrastructure Services Ltd. for the one-off removal of
graffiti in and around the Park View Rd. Underpass for the sum of
£21,096.85.
