The Director of Housing, Regeneration and
Planning notes that: -
The creation of a new leaseholder discretionary panel to assess
applications of hardship and access to discretionary payment
options for repayment of major works namely :-
• Capping of the cost of replacement of the PODs at Noel Park
(Gladstone Avenue) – non resident leaseholders.
• Equity Share scheme for - all leaseholders
• Interest payment option only – resident leaseholders
only
• Longer payment period options for non-resident
leaseholders
Approves the discretionary leasehold payment options panel terms of
reference completed in September 2021.
Specifically approves the recommendations the Panel will make
recommendations to the Assistant Director for Housing
