It is recommended that the Assistant Director
of Housing, Regeneration and Planning approves the award of a
contract to New Ground Architects as allowed under CSO 9.07.1c (Bid
Acceptance and Contract Award) in the sum of £135,000
excluding VAT to provide Architect including Landscape Architect
services on the land in front of 2 – 240, Tiverton Road
housing delivery project.
