Approval of the cost for additional works
totalling £50,015.14 that were discovered at the construction
stage of the project. These are required to ensure the structural
integrity of the house, the safety of its occupants, as well as to
bring it up to the Decent Homes standard. This is over and above
the original cost of £71,996.00 for the major void works and
means the total cost will be £122,111.14.
