To request approval to award a contract to
McBains Limited for multi-disciplinary design services in relation
to producing the specification, tendering and contract
administration of the Building Services Improvements Programme for
Wave 1 Lot 1 sites which include Bruce Grove Primary School,
Lordship Lane Primary School and Stroud Green Primary School, RIBA
stages 1-6. The value of the award is £180,800.75
