Committee details

a)     To maintain an overview of the performance of children’s social services;

b)     To ensure the Council discharges effectively its responsibilities as a corporate parent with particular regard to the education of children and young people;

c)      To make representations as necessary to the Executive on matters related to the provision of children’s services.
