(Report of the Director of Urban Environment – To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods): To inform Members of the feedback to statutory notification of the Council’s intention to increase pay and display charges and the outcome of the additional assessment of the likely impact on town centres; and to set out the response to this feedback for consideration prior to making a decision on whether to proceed to give statutory notification of the increase in charges for pay and display parking.
