a)
To act as a consultative forum enabling Members of the Executive to
meet with representatives of Council tenants and leaseholders;
b)
To promote and develop a dialogue between the Executive and the
Leaseholders Steering Group;
c)
To consider reports from officers of the Council and items raised
by leaseholders and tenant representatives for advisory
purposes;
d)
To make recommendations on matters considered by the Executive as
appropriate;
e)
To consider matter referred to the Housing Management Board by the
Executive and make recommendations back.
