This report sets out the proposed budget for the High needs Block 2020-21and reports on the forecast outturn position for the High Needs Block across mainstream Schools Special Schools, Alternative Provision and Hospital Provision 0-25 years 2019/2020

To inform the forum of the updated work plan for the 2019-20 academic year and provide members with an opportunity to add additional items.
