Note from the Democratic Services and Scrutiny Manager

 

In accordance  with  Access to Information rule 11 - If the Monitoring Officer thinks fit, the Council may exclude access by the public to reports which in his or her opinion relate to items during which, in accordance with Rule 10, the meeting is likely not to be open to the public. Such reports will be marked "Not for publication" together with the category of information likely to be disclosed.

 

In accordance  with rule 10  - Items 6 to 11  contain exempt information as defined under paragraphs 1,  and 2,  Part 1, schedule 12A of the Local Government Act:

·         Information relating to an individual

·         Information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual

 

TO RESOLVE

 

That the press and public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting as

the items, contain exempt information, as defined under paragraphs 1,2, Part 1, schedule 12A of the Local Government Act:

Consideration of any additional procedural points

Deliberations of the hearing Sub Committee on disputed matters of fact

The Sub – Committee, having heard the representations of the parties concerned and considered the evidence, including any witnesses, will then deliberate.

 

All parties other  than the Sub-Committee Members, Legal Adviser to the Panel,

Democratic Services Manager, and Clerk to the Sub- Committee will withdraw from the proceedings.

 

All parties will be invited back into the proceedings. The Chair of the Hearing Sub- Committee will give the decision of the Sub- Committee.

9.

Deliberations of the Hearing Sub- Committee as to whether on the facts found there has been a failure to comply with the Code of Conduct

The Sub – Committee, having heard the representations of the parties concerned and considered the evidence, including any witnesses, will then deliberate.

Democratic Services Manager, and Clerk to the Sub- Committee will withdraw from the proceedings.

Democratic Services Manager, and Clerk to the Sub- Committee will withdraw from the proceedings.

Summary written Decision

The Hearing Sub- Committee will provide a short verbal decision. A full written decision will be approved by all Hearing Sub- Committee Members as soon as practicable and will be communicated to the parties.
