1.	Apologies for Absence View the background to item 1.
2.	Urgent Business View the background to item 2. It being a special meeting of the Sub Committee, under Part Four, Section B, Paragraph 17, of the Council’s Constitution, no other business shall be considered at the meeting.
3.	Declarations of Interest View the background to item 3. A member with a disclosable pecuniary interest or a prejudicial interest in a matter who attends a meeting of the authority at which the matter is considered: (i) must disclose the interest at the start of the meeting or when the interest becomes apparent, and (ii) may not participate in any discussion or vote on the matter and must withdraw from the meeting room. A member who discloses at a meeting a disclosable pecuniary interest which is not registered in the Register of Members’ Interests or the subject of a pending notification must notify the Monitoring Officer of the interest within 28 days of the disclosure. Disclosable pecuniary interests, personal interests and prejudicial interests are defined at Paragraphs 5-7 and Appendix A of the Members’ Code of Conduct.

The following item is likely to be subject of a motion to exclude the press and public from the meeting as it contains exempt information as defined in Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972; paragraph 7, Information relating to any action taken or to be taken in connection with the prevention, investigation or prosecution of crime.
5.	Summary of Procedure View the reasons why item 5. is restricted View the background to item 5. The Chair will explain the procedure that the Committee will follow for the hearing considered under the Licensing Act 2003. A copy of the procedure is attached.
6.	Eden Ventures / Club 56, 56 Muswell Hill, London N10 (Muswell Hill Ward) View the reasons why item 6. is restricted View the background to item 6. To determine an application for a summary (expedited) review of the premises licence held in respect of Eden / Club 56 in Muswell Hill, London N10. The application has been submitted by the Chief Officer of the Metropolitan Police under the provision of Section 53A (1) of the Licensing Act 2003. Interim steps were taken in respect of the application on 31^st December 2012. Under provision of Section 53(2)(b) the panel are requested to determine the review application in full.
