The Leader referred those present to agenda Item 1 as shown on the agenda in respect of filming at this meeting and asked that those present reviewed and noted the information contained therein.

The report will seek Cabinet Member approval to send out the Council’s Statement of Gambling Policy for public consultation. It is a legislative requirement that the policy be reviewed at least every three years and that a public consultation is carried out.

A report was presented which sought Leader approval to send out the Council’s Statement of Gambling Policy for public consultation.

1. That the draft Statement of Licensing Policy for the Gambling Act 2005 be approved for public consultation.
