FILMING AT MEETINGS
Please note that this meeting

broadcast via the Council’s internet site or by anyone
attending the meeting using any communication method. Although we

Minutes:
A report was tabled seeking Cabinet Member approval
to agree to the award of the AMP (Agreed Maximum Price) contract
for the Decent Homes Programme to deliver the initial Year 8
schemes Phase 1.
RESOLVED
I).
That approval for the award of contract to deliver the initial Year
8 schemes as a direct call off from the Framework Agreement be
given as set out in the exempt Appendix A Table 1 of this
report; and
II).
That the approval of the individual Agreed Maximum Price (AMP) for
any contracts let under this award for the Year 8 programme
(2015/16), up to the value of £6.5m, and any necessary
subsequent adjustments to the programme (due to the availability of
funding, wider stock investment priorities and/or other unforeseen
issues that affect delivery) is delegated to the Chief Operating
Officer, after consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and
Regeneration.
