RESOLVED

·      That the minutes of the meeting held on 29 January be agreed as an accurate record.

The Chair thanked the presenters who had attended the Forum for the very informative discussions around domestic violence.

The Committee noted the update provided by officers during the Area Forum regarding the Wood Green Controlled Parking Zone. Residents had been advised to contact their ward Councillor regarding any further issues with the CPZ, as the potential existed for specific components to be reviewed by officers as part of the traffic management works programme.

The Committee noted the latest update of the Area Plan but identified that further work was required to more comprehensively review the Plan, with concerns expressed regarding completed actions not being signed off or clear dates being allocated against actions. In light of this, it was agreed that the Area Plan should be a more substantial item on the agenda of the next meeting.

The next meeting was scheduled for 24 June. It was agreed that the venue should be in Noel Park ward.
