The Chair will consider the admission of any late items of urgent business. Late items of urgent business will be considered under the agenda item where they appear and new items of urgent business will be considered under Item 8 below.

To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 26 November 2013 as a correct record.

To discuss issues raised during the Area Forum part of the meeting.

To receive an update with respect to issues raised at the previous meeting.

To discuss items for future meetings.

The Council’s Calendar of Meetings for 2014/15 has not been agreed as yet; however, the first meeting of the new municipal year would be held in June.

To consider any new items of urgent business raised under Item 2 above.
