Young People in the Neighbourhood

A group of young residents will talk about their interests and hopes, and the meeting will hear about the plans for the Summer University scheme. There will also be questions followed by discussion.

Bernie Grant Centre

Doreen Foster, Director of the eagerly awaited Bernie Grant Centre, will tell us about the plans being made for activities and attractions in the centre.

Meet the Neighbours

Colleagues from the Colombian community will talk about the situation in their own country that brought them to Tottenham and the issues that concern them here. There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion, followed by a refreshment break. Our Colombian neighbours will bring along a selection of Latin American snacks to sample and tea and coffee will be available.

Report Back

Residents will be updated on issues raised at the last Assembly, held 16 November 2006 and asked to submit proposals for future activities.

Making the Difference

Residents will be given information on this years ‘Making the Difference’ programme as well as application forms.

Your Chance to Question Leading Councillors from the ‘Council Executive’.

As usual, leading councillors from the Council Executive will be attending the assembly meeting to answer your questions.
