2.	Meet your new Local Councillors for Alexandra, Fortis Green, Highgate and Muswell Hill wards View the background to item 2. In May 2006, Council elections took place across the borough the elect new councillors. This is an opportunity to meet your new councillors, namely: Alexandra: Cllrs David Beachum, Wayne Hoban and Susan Oatway Fortis Green: Cllrs Sara Beynon, Mat Davies and Martin Newton Highgate: Cllrs Bob Hare, Justin Portess and Neil Williams Muswell Hill: Cllrs Jonathan Bloch, Gail Engert and Sheila Ranger
3.	Meet your Neighbourhood Management Team for the Muswell Hill Area View the background to item 3. An opportunity to review neighbourhood management initiatives undertaken in partnership with residents over the past year, and talk with members of the new team about future plans for Alexandra, Fortis Green, Highgate and Muswell Hill wards.
4.	Meet your Safer Neighbourhoods Policing Teams for Alexandra, Fortis Green, Highgate and Muswell Hill wards View the background to item 4. New Safer Neighbourhoods Teams have been patrolling around the area over the past year, linking up with residents groups to tackle local issues. This is an opportunity to talk with them, and hear about opportunities to participate in their new ‘Ward Panels’.

5.	Identify Key Priorities for your Neighbourhood over the Coming Twelve Months View the background to item 5. Workshops comprising residents and councillors within each ward – Alexandra, Fortis Green, Highgate and Muswell Hill – will discuss key priorities for their neighbourhoods over coming year.
6.	Executive Question Time View the background to item 6. Cllr Nilgun Canver – (Crime and Community Safety Executive Member) and Cllr Lorna Reith - (Community Involvement Executive Member) will answer residents’ questions on behalf of the Council Executive.
7.	An Introduction to Haringey’s Scrutiny Committee View the background to item 7. Haringey’s Scrutiny Committee exists to review and inform decision making within the Council. Their work includes in depth reviews, addressing key policy issues. Resident participation in scrutiny reviews is valuable. Information will be given about how to get involved.
8.	Date of the Next Meeting View the background to item 8. The next meeting of the Muswell Hill Area Assembly is scheduled for Monday 25th September at 7.30pm – (venue to be confirmed)
