DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: A member with a personal interest in a matter who attends a meeting of the Authority at which the matter is considered must disclose to that meeting the existence and nature of that interest at the commencement of that consideration, or when the interest becomes apparent.
A member with a personal interest in a matter also has a prejudicial interest in that matter if the interest is one which a member of the public with knowledge of the relevant facts would reasonably regard as so significant that it is likely to prejudice the member’s judgement of the public interest.

SUMMARY OF PROCEDURE: The Chair will explain the procedure that the Committee will follow for each of the hearings considered under the Licensing Act 2003. A copy of the procedure is attached.

POLISH FOOD AND WINE (Seven Sisters ward): To consider an application to provide a licensable activity in the form of sale of alcohol.
Minutes: This item was withdrawn from the Agenda due to the applicant awaiting representation from a barrister. |

CLISSOLD ARMS (Fortis Green ward): To consider an application to provide a licensable activity in the form of sale of alcohol, late night refreshment, and regulated entertainment.
Minutes: RESOLVED
The Committee decided to grant the application in full, and to the following conditions:
(i) Standard Statutory Mandatory Conditions are observed at section 19 of the Licensing Act 2003. (ii) That the Premises Licensee complies with all of the provisions set out in the operating schedule. (iii) That the Premises Licensee offers the contact details of the designated premises supervisor to local residents.

Interested parties were reminded of their statutory right to seek a review of the premises licence after six months. |
