Webcasting

Please note: This meeting may be filmed for live or subsequent broadcast via the Council's internet site - at the start of the meeting the Chair will confirm if all or part of the meeting is being filmed. The images and sound recording may be used for training purposes within the Council.

 

Generally the public seating areas are not filmed. However, by entering the meeting room and using the public seating area, you are consenting to being filmed and to the possible use of those images and sound recordings for webcasting and/or training purposes.

(Report of the Lead Officer – Licensing)  To consider an application by Steve Cross, Creative Parnership London North The Broadway High Road, Gladstone Avenue to Turnpike Lane, London N22 for the provision of regulated entertainment.

RESOLVED

 

That the application be granted by the Committee in full subject to the following conditions:

 

(i)                 Conditions to enforce the operating schedule

(ii)               Conditions to enforce the provisions of the event management plan.

(iii)             To require the organisers to clean-up the confetti and other litter to the council’s standards.

(iv)              To require proper signage for lost children

(v)                To require prior written permission to be obtained from the Shopping City for the use of their toilet facilities.

(vi)              To require the provision of at least four portloos, at each performance station.

(vii)            To require the supply of the completed Risk Assessment forms by Friday 13 July 2007.

(viii)          To require the brief given to schools to be provided to the Licensing Service

(ix)              To require that two CRB checked officers at the lost children point.
