(Joint Report of the Chief Executive and the Chief Financial Officer – To be introduced by the Leader and the Cabinet member for Resources): To report on an exceptions basis financial and performance information for the year to October 2009 and to agree budget virements in accordance with financial regulations.

(Report of the Assistant Chief Executive – Policy, Performance, Partnerships and Communication – To be introduced by the Leader): To report the results of the 2009 Comprehensive Area Assessment prior to their publication in December 2009.

(Report of the Director of Adults, Culture and Community Services -  To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Well Being): To inform Members of the outcome of the Care Quality Commission’s Annual Review of Social Care for 2008/09 and to highlight some of the key achievements and areas for development for the Directorate.??

(Report of the Director of Adults, Culture and Community Services -  To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Leisure, Culture and Lifelong Learning): To seek authority for the DACCS to enter into contracts with the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games in the event that White Hart Lane Community Sports Centre (WHLCSC) is selected as an In Games Training Venue for Athletics; to seek approval to advertise the investment opportunities available at WHLCSC and Finsbury Park in order to identify any potential sources of external  funding that might help to secure the future delivery of sports provision at both sites; and  to explore different management arrangements at both WHLCSC and Finsbury Park Track and Gym.

(Report of the Director of Urban Environment – To be introduced by the Leader): To seek approval to the submission of the Annual Monitoring Report to the Government Office for London as required by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act (2004) and the Town and Country Planning (Local Development)(England) Regulations 2004.

(Report of the Director of Urban Environment – To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Environment and Conservation): To seek approval for the implementation of a 7.5 tonne weight restriction in the Palace Gates and Dukes Avenue Area and for statutory consultation on the traffic calming and management scheme proposals for the Palace Gates area.

(Report of the Director of Urban Environment – To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Environment and Conservation): To seek approval for the code of practice on Civil Parking and Traffic Enforcement.

(Report of the Director of Urban Environment – To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Housing): To provide details of the outcome of the review of the existing Management Agreement between the Council and Homes for Haringey.

(Report of the Assistant Chief Executive (People and Organisational Development) To inform the Cabinet of urgent actions taken by Directors in consultation with the Leader and Cabinet.
