Items 17,18, and 19 allow for consideration of exempt information in relation to items 10, 11 and 12.
TO RESOLVE
That the press and public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting as items 17, 18, 19 and 20 contain exempt information as defined under paragraph 3, Part 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:
Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).
