(Report of the Director of Social Services – To be introduced by the Executive Member for Housing): To obtain approval to a proposed change in enforcement policy in relation to leasehold service charge debts.

RESOLVED:

That approval be granted to a policy of taking legal proceedings to forfeit the lease as an enforcement procedure of last resort against residential leaseholders who failed to pay leasehold service charges.
