To confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 8^th October 2019 as a correct record.

RESOLVED

1.    To approve the minutes of the 8^th of October 2019 as an accurate record of the meeting.

2.    To agree the clarification to minute resolution  44 as set out in the addendum at  page 41 of the attached agenda pack.
