Performance Statistics for Development Control, Building Control and Planning Enforcement Action.

The Committee were asked to note the decisions taken within set time targets by Development Control, Building Control and Planning Enforcement Action since the 11 September 2006.   The August performance shows the Authority was not reaching Government targets.  The yearly performance shows a requirement to be at a lower percentage than the current figures and the Authority were putting in measures to deal with this.
