(Report of the Interim Director of Environmental Services – To be introduced by the Executive Member for Environment and Conservation): To summarise feedback from the Statutory Consultation process, seek approval to implement the extension of the Tottenham Hale CPZ and Stoneleigh Road pay and display parking scheme and to authorise officers to proceed to the making of the necessary Traffic Management Orders.

RESOLVED:

1. That the feedback of the statutory consultation process and in particular the objections received be noted.

2. That the reasons for providing parking controls be endorsed.

3. That officers be authorised to make the Traffic Management Order (TMO) and take all the steps necessary for the extension of the Tottenham Hale CPZ and the introduction of the Stoneleigh Road pay and display scheme.

4. That residents of the affected area be informed of the Council’s decision by letter.
