ii)         To receive the draft minutes of the meeting of the Alexandra Palace and Park Board held on 4^th March to be noted.

RESOLVED

i)             To approve the minutes of the Advisory Committee held on 29th January 2019.

ii)            To receive the draft minutes of the meeting of the Alexandra Palace and Park Board held on 4th March to be noted.

i.              To confirm the unrestricted minutes of the Alexandra Palace and Park Board held on 6 November 2018 as an accurate record of the proceedings.

ii.            To receive the minutes of the Alexandra Park and Palace Advisory Committee held on 29 January 2019, and to consider any recommendations from that Committee

iii.           To receive and consider the minutes of the joint Alexandra Palace and Park Consultative Committee, and Alexandra Park and Palace Advisory Committee held on 29 January 2019.

RESOLVED that

i.          The minutes of the Alexandra Palace and Park Board meeting held on 6 November 2018 be approved as a correct record;

ii.         The minutes of the Alexandra Park and Palace Statutory Advisory Committee meeting held on 29 January 2019 be noted; and

iii.       The minutes of the Joint Alexandra Park and Palace Statutory Advisory Committee and Alexandra Palace and Park Consultative Committee meeting held on 29 January 2019 be noted.
