To consider the proposed scope and terms of reference for the review.

Minutes:

The Panel received a presentation outlining the proposed scope and terms of reference for the review as well as the action learning project to develop health scrutiny that it was linked to it.  It was noted that the project had been the subject of a successful for external funding of £19,200 from the Centre for Public Scrutiny which would be used to undertake a consultation exercise with people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and their families.
