Issue - meetings

The Chair will consider the admission of any late items of Urgent Business. (Late items of Urgent Business will be considered under the agenda item where they appear. New items of Urgent Business will be dealt with under Item 24 below. New items of exempt business will be dealt with at Item 28 below).

The Leader advised the meeting that there was a late item to consider in relation to item 7. The Overview and Scrutiny Committee met on the 1^st of March, after the publication of Cabinet papers to consider the Adults and Health Scrutiny Panel recommendation, in relation to Osborne Grove Nursing Home. Following this meeting, the Chair of Overview and Scrutiny compiled a report which was put forward for consideration in accordance with Cabinet procedure rules section 2.3, paragraph C and Scrutiny Procedure Rules in part 4 section G of the Constitution.
