Issue - meetings

The Chair will consider the admission of any late items of Urgent Business. (Late items of Urgent Business will be considered under the agenda item where they appear. New items of Urgent Business will be dealt with under Item 21 below. New items of exempt business will be dealt with at Item 24 below).

The Leader had accepted, as late business, an addendum to consider with item 10. This contained the minutes of Regulatory Committee meeting and proposed officer updates to the Wood Green Area Action Plan following publication. The Regulatory Committee had met on the 8^th of January after publication of the Cabinet papers, and Cabinet was required to consider these comments in accordance with Part three of the Council constitution, section B, and paragraph D of the Constitution.
