Issue - meetings

The Chair will consider the admission of any late items of Urgent Business. (Late items of Urgent Business will be considered under the agenda item where they appear. New items of Urgent Business will be dealt with under Item 19 below. New items of exempt business will be dealt with at Item 22 below).

The Leader had accepted, as late business, the comments of Regulatory Committee relating to items 12 and 13 on the agenda. This Committee had met on the 9^th of October 2017, after publication of the Cabinet papers. Consideration of the Committee’s comments was required to be in accordance with Part three of the Council constitution, section B, and paragraph D of the Constitution.
