To confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting held on  the 18^th of October 2016 as a correct record.

The minutes of the Cabinet meeting held on the 18^th of October 2016 were approved as an accurate record of the meeting.

Councillor Engert sought an update on the planned public consultation on Cross Rail 2. This had been indicated in the minutes to take place on the 17^th of November. The Leader provided an update, advising that the nature of the public consultation had now changed following the change in leadership in the Conservative party and their Cabinet. Previously, the consultation was to take place in the affected boroughs but now TFL had been asked by government to complete a strategic outline business case before this was issued for public consultation. This consultation would now likely take place in the spring of 2017.
