Issue - meetings

(Report of the Interim Director of Environmental Services – To be introduced by the Executive Member for Environment and Conservation): To seek approval for the draft SCI to go out to consultation with the public and general consultation bodies.

1. That approval be granted to the draft Statement of Community Involvement as set out at Appendix 1 to the interleaved report  for consultation with the public and general consultation bodies.

2. That authority to approve any changes to the draft Statement prior to public consultation and to publish a public notice of consultation be delegated to the Assistant Director (Planning, Environment, Policy and Performance) in consultation with the Executive Member for Enterprise and Regeneration.
