Issue - meetings

(Report of the Chief Executive – To be introduced by the Executive Member for Organisational Development and Performance) To provide highlight reports for all the Council’s corporately significant projects, covering the period up to the end of January 2007.

Clarification having been sought of what arrangements were in place to ensure that Ward Councillors were being kept informed about proposals for small areas of Council owned land, we were informed that consideration would be given to this matter by the Better Haringey Stream Board and that Ward Members would have the opportunity to comment on individual sites.  

Clarification was also sought of the programme risk to the Phase 1 Programme at Tetherdown referred to on page 30 of the Appendix to the interleaved report and we were advised that the data in the report might  now need to updated. The Executive Member indicated that she would have the matter investigated and provide a written response to Councillor Engert and Members of the Executive.
