RESOLVED:

i.              To approve the minutes of the Joint Statutory Advisory and Consultative Committees held on 8 April 2014.

ii.            To note the draft minutes of the Alexandra Palace and Park Board held on 10 June 2014.

In response to a question Duncan Wilson, Chief Executive Alexandra Palace and Park, explained that the figure of £15m referred to in minute number APB0359 on page 11 made up a portion of the amount of the current estimated total for the regeneration project of £24,933m referred to under minute number APB0358 on page 10, with the difference being accounted for by, amongst other things, the cost of the fitting out of the former television studios, theatre and other spaces, and repairs to the roof.
