Return of delegate nominations from member bodies – Consultative Committee.

Those who have not returned nomination forms or provided AGM minutes are requested to do so by 10 October 2013.

The Chair requested that Consultative Committee groups who had not returned the required membership form and AGM minutes do so by the next meeting on 28 January 2014.  Failure to do so would result in the deletion of the membership.

Action: For the Clerk to chase memberships.

The Chair informed members that, as agreed, he had raised again the subject of governance and the structure of meetings with the Chief Executive and there will be a report back on this at the next meeting.
