URGENT BUSINESS:
The Chair will consider the admission of any late items of urgent business. (Late items will be considered under the agenda item where they appear. New items will be dealt with at item 9 below).
Minutes:
The Committee was informed that Agenda Item 6 (Asequbamichaeal Restaurant) would not be heard at this evening’s meeting because of personal issues relating to the applicant. The Committee was asked to adjourn the hearing of this application to a date to be specified.
The Committee was also informed that Agenda Item 8 (Chestnuts Community Centre) was withdrawn from the meeting because the parties involved in the application had mitigated their respective concerns and thus there were no relevant representations.
RESOLVED
That the Committee agrees to the adjournment of Agenda Item 6 to a date to be notified.
