Minutes:
Cabinet considered a report, introduced by the Leader of the Council, which set out the response to the Communities Scrutiny Panel’s review of Area Committees.
The Leader noted that the Panel’s recommendations would feed into the development of revised engagement models in 2013/14 and that these would in turn inform the next Governance review. In conclusion she thanked members of the Panel for their work as part of the review.
RESOLVED:
That the response to the Communities Scrutiny Panel’s review of Area Committees, as set out in Appendix 1 of the report, be approved.

The report requires approval to the recommendations set out in response to the review.
