Members to consider an update on the financial impact of the benefit cap  for  foster carers and special guardians.

Minutes:

The Committee wanted to ensure that foster carers, special guardians were not adversely affected by the reforms and were able to continue looking after the children placed in their care. The report indicated that,   to date, the reforms have only had a minor impact on Haringey’s Foster carers and Special Guardians.
