The Chair introduced the report as set out in the agenda pack.

Councillor Winskill expressed an interest in including some work on the 2011 riots as part of the work of the main Committee.

Councillor Newton requested that school standards be included on the work programme for the Children & Young People Scrutiny Panel.

RESOLVED

i)          That the contents of the report be noted.

ii)         That the proposed work programme for all scrutiny bodies be approved.
