(Report of the Director of Adult and Housing

Cabinet were asked to agree to
award a contract, in principle, for required lift modernisation
works at the above listed council owned housing blocks.
RESOLVED
- That
an in principle contract award of
contract for the above project as
allowed under Contract Standing Order (CSO) 9.071(a) and (d) be
approved. This was based on the lowest
tender received from the contractor set out in Appendix
2.1
- That
the total estimated cost excluding fees as detailed in paragraph
2.1 of Appendix A be approved.
- That
the finalisation of the award be delegated to the Director of Adult
and Housing Services , Mun Thong Phung after the expiry of the
Section 20 consultation.
