(Report of the Director of Adult and Housing
Services to be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Housing). The
report seeks approval to award the contract in principal for the
lift modernisation work at addresses set out above.

Cabinet were asked to agree to
award a contract in principle for required lift modernisation works
at the above listed council owned housing blocks.
RESOLVED
- That
the contract for the above project be awarded to the
contractor(listed in the exempt appendix), as allowed under
Contract Standing Order(CSO)9.07.1(d)(a) based on the lowest tender
received.
- That
the total cost including fees as detailed in paragraph 3.1 of
appendix A be noted.
