That as the following items contained information classified as exempt under Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 as amended, which related to the amount of expenditure proposed to be incurred by the Local Authority and information relating to the financial and business affairs of individuals, the press and public should be excluded for the remainder of the meeting.
