Issue - meetings

i.              To confirm the unrestricted minutes of the Alexandra Palace and Park Board held on 6 November 2012 as an accurate record of the proceedings.

ii.            To receive the minutes of the Alexandra Park and  Palace Advisory  Committee held on 16 October 2012 and to consider any recommendations from that Committee.

iii.           To receive and consider the minutes of the informal joint Alexandra Palace and Park Consultative Committee, and Alexandra Park and  Palace Advisory  Committee held on 16 October 2012.

The Board thanked the Advisory Committee for its endorsement of the Trust’s bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund, and the Chairmen of both the Statutory Advisory Committee and Consultative Committee for having written to the HLF in support of the bid.

RESOLVED

i)             That the unrestricted minutes of the Alexandra Palace and Park Board held on 6 November 2012 be approved as a correct record.

ii)            That the minutes of the Alexandra Park and Palace Advisory Committee held on 16 October 2012 be noted.

iii)           That the minutes of the informal joint Alexandra Palace and Park Consultative Committee and Alexandra Park and Palace Advisory Committee held on 16 October 2012 be noted.
